The official websites of Bangladeshi Coast Guards and National Agriculture Technology Projects under the Bangladeshi Ministry of Agriculture were hacked and defaced by a hacker who goes along with the handle of Dr-Freak from Napsters Cr3w.

The cyber- attack was carried out yesterday, there was no reason mentioned by the hackers for hacking the websites, the only message  left on the deface page is as follow:

It hasn’t been confirmed why the websites were hacked, who the hackers were and from which country they belong. However hacking the government owned Coast Guard website is not a piece of cake, it seems that hackers knew what they were up to.

Dr-Freak is the same hacker who hacked the official websites of Stanford University, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) Telecommunications and the website of Reliance Net Connect , a venture of Reliance Communications , one of the leading CDMA & GSM Service providers in India.

For full disclosure of Dr-Freak’s hack visit:

At the time of writing this article, the Bangladeshi Coast Guard and National Agriculture Project websites were restored and working.
