Gigabyte Technology Website Hacked, Database and Sales Records Leaked by TurkishAjan Hacking Group

Maxney hacker from TurkishAjan hacking group has contacted me with his new hack in which 4 official sub-domains of Taiwan-based manufacturer of computer hardware products Gigabyte Technologies (gigabyte.com) have been defaced, as a result huge database with employee and sales records have been leaked online.

The hacker contacted me on Twitter about his latest hack.

Hacker left his group’s deface page along with a message in Turkish and English language.

After quick analysis of the leaked data, I have found 35 xls files containing sales records, power point presentations, database, employee details with IP address, document files with product details and future plannings. 

However, as for now, I couldn’t find any kind of personal data such as usernames or passwords.

Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of computer hardware products best known for its motherboards.

At the time of publishing this article, all 4 domains were hacked and displaying deface page left by the hacker.
