Michael William Cook, 17, of Acworth, Georgia has been charged for hacking cell phones and distributing private pictures on porn sites.
9News reports that the teenager was arrested on eight counts of cruelty to children and one count of sexually exploiting children.
Police has informed the media that Cool was arrested on Wednesday from his school at Harrison High School for hacking and posting explicit images of Children on pornographic websites between November 2012 and January 2013.
Cook hacked into the victim’s cell phones by sending a text message in form of a link, attached with a malware from a company called “Maxi Focus Photography“. As the victim responded to the text by clicking the link, it installed the malware on victim’s cell phone providing cook with complete access to the cell phone, such as contact details, emails, videos and images stored on the phone.
Hacked victim had their explicit pictures on the phone which were accessed by cook and later posted on adult website.
Police has also raided Cook’s house, taking over his computer and looking for more images.
