An Indonesian based hacking group identifying itself as Jember Hacker Team (JHT), hacked and defaced the official website of Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s (presidensby.info) yesterday.
The hackers left a deface page and a message on hacked Presidency website, according to which:
Hacked by MJL007 Jember Hacker Team..“This is a payback from the Jember Hacker Team.
The site is used directly by the President of Indonesia for updates related to his daily activities, policy announcements and other news and updates related to the government of Indonesia. Meanwhile the official spokesman had denied the cyber attack on President’s website and that the hacker only redirected the site to other DNS address.

The Jember Hacking Team is running their own online hacking forum in Indonesian language.
At the time of publishing this article, the website was restored and working online.
