The hackers left their deface page along with a deface message on all the three hacked website. However the exact reason for targeting Nepali websites was not given but the group’s manifesto could be seen of the left message.

According to the message:

This Is Our Manifesto

We are a group of people who are happy with things that are free,
free thought, free to do things and live freely in our world.
We are not criminals…
we’re just people who are doing something that not many people do it.
Maybe you call us crazy, insane and stupid ..
Please say all the profanity, because we are crazy,
crazy in every way to learn something new.
But this is our world, in which you who must adjust to our world…
free world without space and time.
We are The Crows Crew…
We are INDO-PENDENT HACKER…
we are not CRIMINAL…but, we wanna be RECOGNIZED!!

The link of targeted websites are:

nepalntp.gov.np

mocpa.gov.np

nced.gov.np
