A Pakistani hacker going with the handle of MadcodE Haxor has hacked and defaced the official website of Pakistan based famous entertainment TV channel known as HUMTV (www.hum.tv).

The site was hacked few moments ago and left with a deface page along with a message, explaining why the site was hacked. The message shows that site was attack only because a testing reasons. The deface message was expressed in following words.

  • yeah…right!! You have been hacked, madcodE haxor was here! shocked?? HumTv Got hacked ?? ooops Sorry Guys!  But I was just wondering that why all of my friends and family members like humTV shows??  So to Figure it out.. I thought lets check your website and Seriously .. Website check karte karte meri niyat badal gai… haha so nothing personal..It just a security reminder that your website is vulnerable ..SO patch your system buddie.. Msg For WEb Admins–> Expect us..Because Security is just an illusion for us and no firewalls can stop us to make changes in our very own cyber world.

Hacking such a high profile TV channel site shows that Pakistani web admins are not keeping an eye on their site’s security as just few days ago, the official website of HBL Bank was also hacked and defaced by a Pakistani based hacking group.

At the time of publishing this article, the site was hacked and displaying deface page left by the hacker.
