Free Kashmir Says Pakistani Hackers after Hacking and Defacing 20,000 Indian Websites

Two Pakistani hackers going with the handle of Dr@cul@ and Muhammad Bilal have hacked and defaced twenty thousand (20,000) Indian websites against Indian government and in support of alleged freedom movement in Indian administrated Kashmir.

All sites were left with a deface page along with a message in support of Kashmir, asking Indian government to leave Kashmir or the hackers will keep on attacking Indian cyber space. The deface page was expressed in following words:

  • Protests and Stone Throwing Reported From Hajin,Shopian and Old Town(Gaza Pati) Area’s of Indian Occupied Kashmir after friday Prayer’s!!! People were Shouting Pro-Freedom,Pro-Mujahid,Pro-Kashmir,Pro-Geelani and Anti-India Slogans,demanding Independence From India!!! The Call For Protests was Given By Syed Ali Shah Geelani(Pro-Freedom Leader Of Kashmir)!!! Kashmir Belongs to Pakistan.

All hacked sites belong to private sector such as software houses, technology service providers, website development, hospitals, real estate agencies, job sites, tender sites, blogging services, schools, PR agencies, tourism companies, fitness clubs, automobiles and thousands of companies from different sectors of the country.

It is now certain that this cyber attack will start another wave of cyber war between both countries. However this is not the first time when hackers from both nations may go into a cyber war.

At the time of publishing this article, all websites were hacked and displaying deface page left by the hackers.
