Samsung P6200 Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus was announced in September, 2011 and was released in October of the same year. Samsung P6200 Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is also known as Samsung Galazy Tab 7.0N. This is a tablet that supports GSM voice communication, SMS and MMS.

The networks supported by this Tablet are 2G (GSM 850/900/1800/1900) and 3G (HSDPA 900/1900/2100). Samsung P6200 Galaxy Tab 7.0 is 345 grams in weight and 193.7 x 122.4 x 9.9 mm are its dimensions. This tab has a PLS LCD capacitive touch-screen with 16M colors and its screen size is, 7 inches, 600 x 1024 pixels with 170 pixels per inch pixel density and has Touch-Wiz (User Experience) (User Interface) multi-touch.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0N has vibration, MP3 and WAV format ring-tones with stereo loudspeaker and has a 3.5 mm standard jack for headphone input. The internal memory of this Galaxy Tab is 32 GB with 1GB RAM and supports 64GB micro SD memory cards.

It also has a “must be included feature” of GPRS along with EDGE technology. Data speed of the Samsung Galaxy P6200 Tab on HSDPA is 21MBPS and on HSUPA it is 5.76 Mbps. It has a Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, DLNA technology, Dual-band Direct Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Hotspot. It surprisingly has an Infra-red port and has version 3.0 Bluetooth with A2DP, HS besides a version 2.0 USB host support.

Its primary camera is 3.15 MP but has a good quality output with smile detection and Geo-tagging. Secondary camera of P6200 Tab Plus is 2MP and it also has a video camera which records 720 pixels @ 30 frames per second.

The superior features of this tablet include its version 3.2 Android (Honeycomb) Operating System, Exynos 4210 Chipset, core 2 duo 1.2 GHz CPU (Central Processing Unit) and Mali-400MP GPU (Graphics Processing Unit).

Some of its standard features are a gyro, accelerometer, compass and proximity sensor, threaded view SMS and MMS along with Push Email, IM, RSS and Email. It has a pre-installed Adobe Flash HTML browser, GPS with A-GPS support, JAVA via JAVA MIDP emulator, TV output, Social Networking Service integration. The media player of this tab supports MP3, MP4, WAV, eAAC, DivX, H 2.63-2.64, Flac, WMA, WMV and XVid.

Some of the common features of Samsung P6200 Galaxy Tab 7.0 are an organizer, Youtube, Google, Picasa Integration, Google talk, Gmail, Google Maps and Google search, image and video editor, voice memo, (swype) predictive text input and Quick office high definition editor and viewer.

Samsung Galaxy P2600 Tab is available in Black and White colors. The stand-by time of the Tab is up to 1000 hours in both 2G and 3G networks and has a talk time of 20 hours on 3G and 40 hours on 2G networks and the battery on which the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 N runs is standard, Li-ion 4000 mAh.
