Yes, the Surgeon Simulator game now allows players to take a sneak peak of what’s inside trump by operating on his body. The player who plays as a surgeon is supposed to save his life but you can kill him if you want depending what you think of him.

Surgeon Simulator was originally released in 2013 on Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, iOS, PlayStation 4 and Android. The first was released on 21 June 2013 and features an operation in which the player performs surgery on Team Fortress 2’s Heavy, based on the Meet the Medic” TF2 promotional video.
