Syrian Ministry of Electricity Website Hacked and Defaced by Bangladesh Grey Hat Hackers

A hacker going with the handle of Albaze Ever from Bangladesh Grey Hat Hackers has hacked and defaced the official website of Syrian Arab Republic’s Ministry of Electricity just two days ago.

Hacker left his deface page along with a message on hacked site without explaining the reason for hacker Syrian Ministry of Electricity website. The note on deface page was expressed in following words:

  • Hacked by Albaze Ever! Bangladesh Grey Hat Hackers.. too bad as we have hacked Syrian Ministry of Electricity!

  • http://moe.gov.sy/
  • http://zone-h.com/mirror/id/21214333

Syrian Arab Republic’s Ministry of Electricity was later hacked again by an Iraqi hacker going with the handle of Abu Abid!

At the time of publishing this article, the website was restored and working online.
