63 Chinese Government Websites Hacked & Defaced by Charaf Anons of Anonymous Algeria

A hacker from Anonymous Algeria, going with the handle of Charaf Anons from Algeria has hacked and defaced total 63 Chinese Government owned websites. 

Charaf Anons contacted me via email in which the hacker defaced the server of Zibo City People’s Procuratorate (zbjcy.gov.cn) with 59 of its sub-domains, the official website of Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Wuxi City Branch (wxcqzj.gov.cn), a sub-domain of China Cili county committee Distance Education Management Center (wjj.zjjcl.gov.cn) and official website of The Zhumadian City File Information Network (da.zhumadian.gov.cn).

All 63 sites were left with a deface page along with a simple note, not explaining the reason for attacking Chinese sites “Hacked By Charaf Anons, Anonymous Algeria.”

Links of hacked website are available on Pastebin, while Mirrors can be found on Zone-h.

At the time of publishing this article, most of the sites were down while remaining were displaying deface page left by the hacker.
